Chef Pawel Wojtanek is the owner and heart of Nad Tatrami. Raised in a small village in the Tatry Mountains of southern Poland, he brought his homeland's culinary soul to Chicagoland - and never looked back. With over 20 years of experience crafting authentic Polish cuisine, Pawel build this restaurant as a living tribute to the flavors, traditions, and spirit of the Polish Highlands.

His innovative Polish cuisine has been serving Chicagoland for over 20 years. Paul studied to become a Chef in Poland and has followed his dreams to own an extraordinary Polish American restaurant, Nad Tatrami.
